I'm looking for a home buying ADVENTURE instead of an ordinary, relaxing home buying experience.
I am a very patient person. I understand that delayed closings are the norm with short sales and foreclosures. I do not have a rigid timeline.
I am financially able to complete the transaction. I do not have a home I need to sell in order to purchase the short sale or foreclosure. If I am paying cash, I am willing to show evidence of the source of my funds.
I have enough money set aside for the many repairs often needed for "as is" purchases.
My family and everyone who will be personally involved in this with me understand the ups and downs coming our way. They are all on board with me!
